Dem Sen. DickLess "Turbin" Durbin To Hold Senate Judiciary Hearing On Stand Your Ground Laws  Update: Will Probe NRA's Involvement

(With the exception of Chuck Schumer, there isn't a bigger attention WHORE in the Senate than Turban Durbin.
Well, DickHead... this is for you:
[apologies to Tammy Wynette and Billy Sherrill, and "Stand By Your Man"]

You know, it's hard to be a victim
When malefactors come around
It's so insulting when they're exulting
About the easy mark they've found
But the law allows you to take action
Before your face they start to pound
Thieves don't want to linger
When they see your trigger finger
Instead they'll run like a scared hound

Just stand your ground
Show that guy with pants a-droopin'
You've been working on your grouping
And you'll cap his ass so bonely

Just stand your ground
His attitude will be adjusted
When it's clear you'll bust a couple rounds
Just stand your ground

Just stand your ground
His attitude will be adjusted
When it's clear you'll bust a couple rounds
Just stand your ground

(Update: This will be a huge waste of money.  What are the odds someone in that hearing blames the NRA for Trayvon Martin's death?)
(Politico) — The Senate's No. 2 Demo-rat will hold a hearing on "stand your ground" laws this Fall.

Dick Durbin of Illinois announced on Friday that his Senate Judiciary subcommittee will hear testimony on state laws that give citizens the right of lethal force to defend themselves in situations where they feel their life is threatened, measures which are on the books in some form in dozens of states.

Durbin's hearing will probe the roles of the NRA and the American Legislative Exchange Council — which helps draft conservative legislation in statehouses — in the crafting of the "stand your ground" laws, his office said. Durbin also plans to examine the legal definition of self defense, how the laws have affected shooting confrontations and how the laws interact with racial profiling by law enforcement.

Obuma: "Trayvon Martin Could Have Been Me 35 Years Ago"

(Hmmm... very good point, Barry.  Some say, "Too bad it didn't happen that way."

Anyway...We get it, Barry.  You think America is racist!

Because race relations aren't bad enough, POS Obuma just made an unannounced visit to the White House briefing room to expand on his thoughts about the Zimmerman verdict)
(CNN) - President Barack Obama said Friday that "Trayvon Martin could have been me 35 years ago" in his first live comments since the verdict last weekend in the case of Martin's shooting death last year.

Benghazi Survivors Forced To Sign
Non-Disclosure Agreements
By The Corrupt Obuma Administration

According to Virginia Congressman Frank Wolf (R-VA), who put forth a resolution back in January to form a select House committee to investigate Benghazi, which was supported by 700 retired Special Forces and the mother of slain information management officer Sean Smith, said on Thursday that survivors of the attacks in Benghazi, Libya, that left four Americans dead, had been forced to sign non-disclosure agreements by each of their respective agencies in the Obama administration. This would essentially prohibit them from speaking about the attack on September 11, 2012.

"According to trusted sources that have contacted my office, many if not all of the survivors of the Benghazi attacks along with others at the Department of Defense, the CIA have been asked or directed to sign additional non-disclosure agreements about their involvement in the Benghazi attacks," Wolf said on the floor of the House. "Some of these new NDAs, as they call them, I have been told were signed as recently as this summer."

If proven to be accurate, Wolf said "this would be a stunning revelation."

"It also raises serious concerns about the priority of the administration's efforts to silence those with knowledge of the Benghazi attack in response," Wolf said.

Congressman Wolf also said that he was requesting a list of all personnel or contractors who were asked to sign non-disclosure waivers from the Central Intelligence Agency, the Department of Defense, and the State Department.

"Perhaps through a list of all the employees that have signed the NDAs related to Benghazi we may finally develop a witness list to subpoena for eyewitness testimony to learn what happened that night where we lost four American lives," Wolf continued. "I do not expect the Obama administration to be forthcoming with answers, but if this Congress — if this Congress — does not ask for the information and compels its delivery the American people will never learn the truth."

On Wednesday Representative Steve Stockman (R-TX) issued a statement in which he praised the work of Representative Wolf. "Congressman Wolf has fearlessly led the fight for justice on this issue," Stockman said. "The whole nation owes Congressman Wolf a deep debt of gratitude. Some House Democrats now appear to be openly interfering with the investigation and intimidating witnesses, which only raises more questions about the White House's involvement. The only way we're going to get a clean and thorough investigation is by forcing a vote with a discharge petition."

Well isn't that just like this administration? They swoop in and apply pressure not only on whistleblowers, but on those who would be able to provide valuable testimony as to the events of September 11, 2012 in Benghazi.

House Resolution 36 continues to gain support. Congressman Wolf's office confirmed they had 89 co-sponsors and over that weekend the co-sponsors grew to well over 100. However, it was RINO House Speaker John Boehner who said he wouldn't allow the select committee to investigate Benghazi because he doesn't "think it's risen to that level."

(I think it disgusting and disheartening that "well over a hundred" have signed on to congressman Wolf's demands.  The number should be 435 or the total number of members of the house!  Any member of the house that has not signed on should be removed by the people they supposedly represent.  When they come home to their districts they should be met by citizens of their districts and their local Sheriff and bound over for trial.  Charges of collusion to murder, sedition and treason should be at the top.
The Government is tampering with a witness.  Anyone that did that would be thrown in jail and carry a record from then out as it is considered a FELONY!!!!!!  Do you people in the W H understand that doing that is a FELONY?  If not, you've just been notified by the NSA!
Boehner should be removed not only from speakership but from congress for his support of POS Obuma/A** Holder/Pants Suit Clinton in the destruction of this nation...Warph)

Norwegian woman raped in Dubai finds herself jailed and convicted

By Carolyn E. Price
Jul 18, 2013

Dubai - After reporting that she'd been raped to Dubai police, a 25-year-old Norwegian woman who was on a business trip to the United Arab Emirates city found herself being jailed on "suspicion of having sex outside of marriage."

Following the report of her rape to police, the 25-year-old had her passport and personal possessions seized and was immediately placed in a jail cell.

It took three days before she was able to gain access to a phone and contact her family to let them know what had happened to her.

The victim's family was able to contact their Foreign Service in Dubai and the Norwegian consulate was able to negotiate and secure a conditional release for the young woman.

The release was allowed as long as the accused Norwegian citizen stayed in Dubai and was housed in the Norwegian Seamans Center.

After her negotiated release, the 25-year-old stayed at the Seamans Center for 6 months, while awaiting trial.

At the conclusion of the trial, the Norwegian woman found herself convicted on three separate counts: sex outside of marriage, drinking alcohol and perjury.

"I have received punishment for sex outside of marriage, punishment for drinking alcohol and then I was convicted of having given false testimony."
Aftenposten reports that the 25-year-old was given a sentence of 16 months; in what could be called a peculiar twist, the Norwegian woman's attacker was convicted of raping her and the courts handed him down a sentence of 13 months.

Marley Lion Murder Draws Comparisons To Trayvon Martin

Marley Lion Murder Draws Comparisons To Trayvon Martin

Now that Barack Obama lectured us on Trayvon Martin will he talk about Marley Lion?

Marley Lion was killed in Charleston, South Carolina, at around 4 am on June 16, 2012.

Marley Lion shooting surveillance video

He was 17.

His life and death has been ignored by the national media.
Marley was white. His killers were black.

Unlike Trayvon Martin, Marley Lion was shot in cold blood.

There was no fight. He did not approach the thugs who murdered him.

Unfortunately, some deaths are more important than others.
Inquisitr reported:

Marley Lion and Trayvon Martin were both 17 years old when they were shot to death, both unarmed, and both doing nothing illegal.

The difference... Marley Lion is white, and some people claim that race is the reason Martin's killing was national news but Lion's is not.

Lion was killed in Charleston, South Carolina, at around 4 am on June 16, 2012. Police found him lying on the ground outside his Nissan Pathfinder, bleeding to death. Before dying he told police that two black males approached his car, one of them shooting him several times.

Charleston police would later arrest four people in connection with the shooting. The Charleston Police Department said they came across the suspects when one of them tried to sell the gun that had been used in Marley's murder.

Marley is a victim of black gang violence.

Violent crime against white Americans was up 18% last year. The latest FBI statistics show that violent attacks on whites have increased by 18% from 2010 to 2011. At the same time, violent crimes against blacks only increased by 2 percent.[/b]

Four Black Ugly Shitbirds Arrested in Marley Lion Murder

Black Killers Caught

Story and pictures at Charleston Thug Life -

CPD diligently investigated the case. We suspect the increased reward money put up by friends and family of Marley Lion was the catalyst to solving this case. A witness came forward and told police he/she knew how shooter Ryan Deleston held his weapon and the shooter in the video held his weapon in the same manner. What does that say about you when people can identify you because they are familiar with the way you hold your gun. How many other armed offenses has Deleston gotten away with?

Via Daily Caller:

South Carolina Demo-rat Rep. James Clyburn rallied for slain teen Trayvon Martin on the steps of the South Carolina State House Saturday wearing a hoodie, according to WLTX reporter Jasmine Styles.

Thursday, Clyburn, a member of the Congressional [Idiotic] Black Caucus, spoke about his and the CBC's disappointment in the verdict with MSNBC.

"We're very disappointed in the verdict, and more disappointed in some of the reactions we've read from some of the jurors. It just seems as if something about this entire process is just disconcerting to us," he said.
