I have really appreciated all the countless hours and interest that "Millie" took in trying to lay the foundation in preserving of the Elk County genealogy data.  There is lots of workinvolved in reading the cemeteries, and recording it. Her collection of obituaries and news articles on various familiies within the county, that is now located in the Howard Public Library,  also represents many years of work.   Her work is priceless.

In regards to the survivors, it mentions a daughter, Nancy Barnaby of Manhattan..........would she be be married to Art Barnaby (son of Agnes Barnaby), who is some sort of an agricultural newscaster?

Janet Harrington

Yes, I believe that is the right Barnaby.  They live around Manhattan or something.
