I guess this is a pattern not a reciepe.

I made me a new mouse pad. I used all the pictures of kids I recieved in Christmas cards, taped them front and back to an eight by ten sheet of paper and slipped it into a protective sleeve. Works great and I can display all the pictures.

That sounds like a neat way to take care of those pictures that we all get in the cards.  I do love to get them.  I prop them up when I display the cards, then when Christmas is over, I always wonder what to do with them.  I have put my pictures away in a chest, but this is something I will keep in mind.  Thanks, Marjean.

I also scan my pictures into my computer, then use them as wallpaper. I've got a program that rotates my wallpaper, so the pictures change. It's fun.  :)

Using them as wallpaper is a neat idea! What program do you have?

You can use any picture as a Wallpaper without a program if you want. Just do a browsse when you right click on your current wallpaper properties.

The wallpaper changer I use is from PictureShare.net. Trying it out is free. I have it set to change photos every 30 minutes, but the interval can be changed.

There are also some free Wallpaper changers available, 'net search for them if you want. There weren't any good ones a couple of years ago, but I'm sure that's changed now.
