Ahh but.  The native american indians ? Recognizing the same god ?
Indians weren't even considered you know.:)  Come on, your stretching.  Secondly indians are a sovereign nation inside of the states. THey have their own goernment and are not subject to our government rules and regulations inside of their lands. THey have their own laws and own policies.  ONLY If they choose to be American citizens are they under our constitution.  They do have the ability to not have to go through the process of being American citizens.

QuoteDon't think so. Therefore the Creator was the name used, not God. There were atheists in the group as well. Iv'e run into southern babtists like you, everyone except those in their church are going to hell.

Again sir you are wrong.  There were no athiests in the group. Not a single one, nada zip zilch.  And again you are wrong on baptists.  They don't believe everryone except their church is going to hell, you have them confused with COC and JW's.   :)  Deflect much?

QuoteThat would eliminate a huge part of the world population from the rewards for living a life that follows the same principles of the Christian ten commandments.
Actually those who live life according to the 10 commandments will not be saved from damnation!  Nothing in scripture says that will save. NOTHING.  There is only one thing that does and that is not living a good life.   IN FACT most will be tossed into the lake of fire.   I figure by the measurements given in the battle of armageddon some 4 -5 billion will be tossed into the lake of fire.

QuoteI don't think the Supreme Being is going to pick one religious following over any other, and neither did the founding fathers.
Uhmm that is not the reason they chose to not pick a religion.  They had just came out of a government that had the kings church and if youdidn't worship the way the king wanted you were persecuted.   Has nothing to do with Gods benevolence.

QuoteThe slaves your ancestors imported weren't originally Christian either and even when they were endoctrinated by southern churches weren't allowed to attend those churches, they formed their own. Too many people came here with an agenda to "convert" all the "heathens" who didn't practice their religious beliefs. The founding fathers did not want any such practices to be any part of the direction of the populous.

Uhmm no thats not the case, You can't stop folks from converting even to this day. :)  Freedom OF RELIGION not from religion. You know the words are carefully chosen.  OF and from change the whole meaning of the statment.   OF gives choice, from prohibits.

Curb your politician.  We have leash laws you know.
