They said that he can't use commerce clause to justify it. The only way he can use it is if it is a tax.  The congress has no power to require the mandate if they claim commerce clause, but Congress does have the power to enact a tax on individuals who choose not to have health insurance.  So this is neither a win for either side.

Well, the SCOTUS just answered Pelosi's observation.  We now know what Obamacare is really all about..... TAXES!

     The only product we need is more firepower in the hands of people with common sense. How much ammo does the hardware store have to help us when the shit hits the fan.   They don't need to take our guns, just the ammo.

    I don't plan on hunkering down, unless I'm surrounded. If the election goes bad, I'd say we better be ready, to aim and duck.
