Local Planning Initiative Has Federal Strings, UN Roots

The Sedgwick County Commission will decide Wednesday whether to give a consortium of South Central Kansas governments and organizations broad control over community planning funded by a federal grant and based on a United Nations agenda.

I watched the Sedgwick County commission meeting yesterday.  The one, sane commissioner who is standing against this 'program' presented some interesting info from the source of the initiative... the UN.  Though sarcastic at its core, his presentation clearly made the point that the program is a serious mistake for Sedgwick county, and the country.

I wonder  how many locals realize that Elk county's pending 'neighborhood revitalization' plan has roots in the same global socialist agenda... Agenda 21.

If ya snooze, ya lose, Elk County.

RINO* = Democrat = Progressive = Socialist = The final nail in what was our republic.  I wonder, do we have any of those locally?

*RINO:  Republican In Name Only.  Often self-identified as a 'moderate Reoublican' or 'moderate conservative'.  Would a Democrat switch parties on paper to get elected and then use their position to advance the socialist agendas of big government?  Count on it.  Locally?  Already been done.  Are all Republicans created equally.  No, many (esp. in politics) are more interested in sacrificing real conservative values by blindly caving in to the left in the name of 'getting along'. 

Beware the leopard claiming it has changed its' spots.  If you stand for nothing, you will fall for anything.
