How to catch a Buzzard

Mr. Webb set a steel trap to catch a skunk, he caught it and re-set the trap, a buzzard came along to have a mess of skunk, got into the trap and carried off trap, three feet of chain and lariat stake.  Mr Webb says, if anyone captures such an outfit, they can have the game for their trouble, if they will return the trap and chain.

Mr. Webb says he has heard from his aerial thief, he was captured and killed by Jack Martin's dog, he still retained (when captured) the whole amount of property.
