On the medicare note, romney doesn't have to cut it, obamas already robbed it blind.

Steve... on the medicare note, Obuma used RomneyCare as a foundation for ObumaCare.

Obama and Romney have much the same ideologies.  Their goals are the same, the differences are how they want to get there.

These guys are going to spend a heck of a lot of money to do a lot of campaigning and in the end all we get is a socialist as President.

Come on... lets face it, people, we are close to being a controlled socialistic nation already.  Minimum wage... Unions... SSI... Medicare & Medicaid... Prescription Drugs... the new National Banking System... VA Hospitals... Post Office... Prison System... Unemployment Ins. ... National Parks Service... Interstate Highway System... the U.S.Military... just to name a few.  There are many, many more.... Federal, State, and City.  Free enterprise or privatization does not pay for any of these programs.

Sadly public education, especially college, has become an indoctrination of a lot of socialistic ideas.  They are against free matket Capitalism.  Trade schools and Private education are the ways to go if a student wants to get into the Free-Market system today.  Socialism, Communism and Pure Democracy (mob majority rule) are the downfalls of freedom and liberty.  The best form of government is what we originally had, a democratically elected Constitutional Republic... well sort of anyway.  I just hope we can get back to that one day.  Crap... I think I'm starting to talk like Ron Paul... lol...

But yes, Obuma and Romney both have socialistic veiws.  Most modern Presidents have done so previously in their terms.  Let's face it, we are a Capitistic/Socialistic Republic and that's the way it is right now.  In a way, that isn't the problem.  We still have Free-Market system, Capitalism and the Constitution on our side.

Lets make this short.... when Obuma took office, federal, state and local spending accounted for 30 percent of gross domestic product.  Now it is up to 35 percent, and when Obumacare is fully implemented, it will rise to above 40+ percent.  But taxes are still below 30 percent.  The difference is the deficit, now grown to 10 percent of our GDP.  If our government is to continue spending 40+ percent of our GDP, we will morph into the European model of a socialist democracy like France did the other day and into communism like Greece did recently.  But if we can roll the spending back to 30 percent, while holding taxes level, we will retain our free market system.  And that is important as hell!  I'm not a fan of Romney... but I am voting for the lesser of two evils because I sure as hell do not want to see that Chicago gangster, Barack Hussein Obutt-Face Obuma, back in for the next four years.

To quote Tim Pawlentyin 2010: "Unfortunately for all of us, the current (Obuma) administration and Democrat-controlled Congress have led us further down the road of the socialist, liberal agenda than at any time in the history of this country."

Time to Vote ABO in 2012!

I see what you're saying but seriously what are the differences between obama and romney?

For those of you who continue to insist that it makes absolutely no difference if the president is a Democrat or a member of the GOP, please keep in mind that if John Kerry had won the 2004 election, he would not have named John Roberts and Samuel Alito to the Supreme Court.  Instead, he would have seated a couple left-wingers in the mold of Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor.

Now, by a show of hands, is there anyone out there who doubts that with six left-wingers on the Court, there would be the slightest chance they'd decide that ObamaCare is unconstitutional?
