So, do you suppose that whoever was videoing the meeting could possibly get that video to the Attorney General's office is there was a violation being committed? Lord knows that my letter didn't seem to do any good.

I understand your frustration.  Unfortunately, the AG's position papers, supported by statute, have for years been to refer such complaints back to the local county attorney.  And the county atty has sole discretion on pursuit of KOMA matters in court.  If the county atty does not act that leaves only 2.5 options....

1.  See K.S.A. 75-4320a regarding court enforcement on application of any citizen.
2.  Raising public awareness.  See this forum.
2.5  Outright regional embarrassment through media involvement.

Sad, but those are the facts, and my position on using 1 above has been stated elsewhere on this forum.
