I should probably be asking the County Clerk in order to get the most accurate answer, but for convenience I'll ask here:
1.  Who, if anyone yet, has filed to run for county office this year?
2.  Which commissioner district(s) is/are up for re-election?

1.  Who, if anyone yet, has filed to run for county office this year?
2.  Which commissioner district(s) is/are up for re-election?

Answers:

1.  The county clerk (election commissioner) would be the only authoritative source for an answer.
2.  District 2, Ms. Hendricks, incumbent & District 3, Mr Liebau, incumbent.

District 2 encompasses Paw Paw & Howard townships.  
District 3 encompasses Union Center, Wildcat, Greenfield townships.

Also, the positions of Treasurer, Clerk, County Attorney, Sheriff & Registrar of Deeds are up.
