A New Sign... Another Coincidence?

I have heard that the Howard Chamber is discussing a new electronic sign to be purchased & placed somewhere on along Hwy 99 at Howard to advertise Howard businesses & activities.  Potentially a fascinating idea.  Though not new.  

It's almost like there's a grand plan somewhere... a grand plan that hasn't been widely publicized.

Why not get the School District to put up an electronic billboard and have most of the county pay for it?
And then use it for free.
Just like organizations using the school for free now.
You know like Elk konnected, LLC using the school districts web site for free
and using the school building for free.
