What Love Means

He Loved Us First

Lord, I feel Your love,
How it embraces me;
I need only see Your Cross,
I need only go to Calvary.

With Your arms outstretched,
Nailed upon the tree,
You shed Your blood for all,
You shed Your blood for me.



I knew You not, my Lord,
Far from You in my sin;
Yet You loved me still,
From You love does begin.

You Yourself are love,
The Source of love indeed;
Surely I see Your love,
For me You chose to bleed.



I love You, my sweet Jesus,
Because You first loved me;
I love You, my precious Lord,
Now and for all eternity.

How can I not love You?
How can I not see all You do?
Your love transcends thought,
Eternal, enduring and true.



Here I am, my Lord,
I bow before You, my King;
My life I devote to You,
Jesus, You are my Everything.

We love the Lord,
Because He loved us first;
We love You, O Lord,
You quench our souls' thirst.



When we knew You not,
You died for all our sin;
Your gave Your life in love,
From You life does begin.

You died to set us free.



Lord, we feel Your love,
We sing of Your glory:
Jesus loved us first,

Nothing can Separate Us

Nothing can separate us, child,
I promise not one thing;
Nothing can separate us, child,
Trust in this truth I bring.

Death, life, angels and rulers,
Things present and things to come,
Not one of these can separate us,
For your life I did ransom.



Feel this truth embrace you,
Warming the depths of your heart;
Lo, I am with you always,
You and I will never part.

See the branch and its leaves?
Closer are you and Me;
Your heart is bound to Mine,
I am yours for eternity.



Come now, My child,
Rejoice in this truth I share;
You are a treasure to Me, daughter,
I love you beyond compare.

Saying this, You take my hand,
I savor the words You say;
My Lord, I follow You always,
With love You pave my way.



Surely nothing can separate us,
Your love is eternal and strong;
Heights and depths I fear not,
For in Your arms I do belong.

I am Your child forever,
I rejoice to know this is true;
What could be sweeter, my Jesus,
Than to spend eternity with You?



Take my heart, take my life,

Forever You are my King.

Purposeful Pathway

Do not be anxious, My child,

Simply come to Me in prayer;
Do not worry, My daughter,
Remember I am always here.

How I delight to fulfill
The requests you bring to Me;
Remember I do what is best,
I answer prayer perfectly.

So why do you worry
When your Master loves you?
Why do you fear,
As there is nothing I cannot do?

Come to My arms, daughter,
Rest here now peacefully;
Cast your burdens on Me,
For I carry them faithfully.

Feel My peace surround you,
Guarding your heart and mind;
Surely sweeter peace
In this world you will not find.

Daughter, how I smile
When I see your faith in Me;
Lo, I am with you always,
Yes, for all eternity.

You need not ever worry,
For so much I do love you;
All things I make lovely,
All things I make new.

Purposeful Pathway

Christ Lives In Me

I no longer live,
But Christ lives in me;
Praise God for this miracle,
For this mystery.

Though in the mirror
I see the same face,
His Spirit lives now
By His amazing grace.

How can this be so,
How can Christ live in me?
In dying to myself,
Jesus set me free.

I nailed to the Cross
All my desires, all my sin;
Crucified with my Lord,
New Life did begin.

Rejoice I do now
That I no longer live;
For Jesus, my Lord,
Everything I give.

Come now with me,
Brother, sister and friend;
We are one in Christ Jesus,
His love has no end.

Christ lives in you,
Indeed He lives in me;
Together we are bound
For all eternity.

We sing of His glory,
We delight in His presence,
We rejoice in His love,
We praise His omnipotence.

Praise God for this miracle,
For this amazing mystery:
I no longer live,
But Christ lives in me!

Immeasurably more

Is what You give to me;
Immeasurably more
Now and for all eternity.

Immeasurable love,
Immeasurable grace,
Immeasurable warmth
From Your Son-shine embrace.



As I think and imagine,
So much more You do;
Immeasurably more,
My Lord, this is You.

Sweeter than my dreams,
More than all I desire,
Such is my Jesus,
My heart's burning fire.



More than I can ask,
More than I can pray,
Such is my Lord,
The Truth, the Way.

My brother and sister,
Come rejoice with me;
God gives good gifts,
Indeed immeasurably.



What can we refrain
From the One who gives all?
Let us offer Him all things,
Those big, those small.

He is our Creator, our Lord,
Our Friend, our King;
Limitless is His love,
He sustains everything.



Immeasurable love,

Do you feel His embrace?

Yea, immeasurably more

Eyes of Faith

My precious daughter,
Keep eyes of faith on Me;

Let faith be your guide;

Pure in Heart
Pure in heart may I be,
Yea, may my heart be pure;
May it be clean and radiant,
May my love endure.

I live for You, my Master,
I seek You and Your will;
Purify my heart then,
With Your Spirit fill.

Your Masterpiece

The wind rustles in the leaves,
The music of the bird echoes,
The flowers glow in sunshine,
The gentle stream flows.

I see and feel You, my Lord,
Your voice now I hear,
In the birds, in the trees,
Your presence is clear.



I delight to be here,
In the creation of Your hand;
Glorious is nature,
Behold the beauty of the land.

With majesty You design,
Love reigns in Your Masterpiece;
One moment in Your creation,
All my fears I release.



One with the soaring bird,
One with the joyful flowers,
One with the dancing butterfly,
One with soft sun showers.

One with them, my Jesus,
For they are one with You;
They adhere to Your perfect will
In all that they do.



So too may I be
Like the soaring birds on high;
My beloved Lord Jesus
May my life glorify.

Like the gentle flowers
May I blossom with sweet beauty;
Jesus in my countenance
May all others see.

You are the sparkle in my eye,
The sunshine in my day,
You are the love of my life,
The Truth and the Way.

Lord Jesus, I love You,
My heart beats for You alone;

Than love You have shown.



For there upon the Cross,
You, my King, died for me;
You poured Your all to save
There upon Calvary.

Yea, my Jesus saves,
He saves by eternal love;

His mercy streams from Above.

Upon Your anguished face,
I see Your limitless love,
I feel Your undying grace.

Thorns pierce Your precious brow;
