What Love Means

Your vessel, Your child;

Show me, my God,
How to love, how to give.

With luminous eyes,

Joy is acceptance
Of the Father's perfect will;
When you submit your all,
All your needs He does fill.

Life is found in losing it,
Love in giving it away;
Cling to the Cross, My child,
Savor the words I say.

Give Your all to me,
Hold back not one thing;
Remember I died for you,
Although I am your King.

Yea, I died that you may live,
I poured My all for you;
Child, let this amazing truth
Inspire all that you do.

Pour of yourself as I did,
Pour of life as a sacrifice;
The joy I shall lavish on you
Is precious, without price.

I listen and nod my head;
Yea, Jesus, I shall live for You,
I shall obey all You said.

You died for me, I live for You,
Forever I am Your child;
Thinking oft of Your love
Keeps me humble and mild.

Purposeful Pathway

Is any among you afflicted? let him pray.

I know the plans I have for you,
I know the things in store;
Remember that I love you,
My child whom I adore.

You need not ever worry,
You need not ever fear;
Remember I am with You,
Lo, I am always near.

Look onto the horizon,
See the sun shining bright?
Child, I walk with you,
I beautify all in My Light.

Take My hand, My daughter,
In faith walk close to Me;
You shall see the good I plan
Now and for all eternity.

In saying these words,
Jesus smiles and takes my hand;
How I look forward to seeing
All my Lord has planned!

Yea, Lord, I shall follow You,
Never to fret nor fear;
What have I to worry
When You are always near?

The trees clap with joy,
The clouds parade in the sky,
The flowers dance around me,
The birds sing on high.

Surely the world around
Whispers of Your great plan;
O, the sweet things You do,
I praise You, Son of Man.

Lead me where You wish,
I follow You wherever You go;
Joy is being in Your presence,
Only love You show.

On my life horizon,
I see You, the Son, shining bright;
Jesus, I live for Your glory,
I live forever in Your Light.

Surely I need not worry,
I need not ever fear;
You, my Lord, are with me,
Yea, You are always near.

I trust the plans You have,
I yield to all You have in store;
My Lord, I give You my life,
I long only to give You more.

Humbled

Humbled before You, Lord,
I offer You my heart;
Sweet Jesus, I love You,
Never from You will I part.

In light of Your grandeur,
I am but nothing at all;
Yet You exalt me by Your grace
As I follow Your call.

Though nothing on my own,
I own everything in You;
You are the Alpha and Omega,
All good and all true.



From the depths of the valley,
You lift me to the sky;
You hold me to Your heart,
You keep me ever nigh.

How can I ever thank You,
For this joy You bring?
Of Your limitless love
How can I not forever sing?

Yea, I sing of You, my Joy,
You are Life, You are the Way;
I shall cling to You, my Jesus,
Each moment of each day.



Nothing I am, my Lord,
Yet all to You I give;
What sweeter joy to know
Than for You to fully live?

Though nothing on my own,
I own everything in You;
I shall live for Your glory,
Proclaiming all that is true.

I rejoice in Your grandeur,
I delight to heed Your call;
Lord, I live to worship You,
You are my All in all.

 Commit to the Lord

   
Lord, I commit all to You,
Each word, each act, each thought;

My life is Yours, blood-bought.

The vision of Your Cross

Take My hand, child,
Come now with Me;

See the pathway before us?
I have laid it for you.
All things I make lovely,
All things I renew.



The trees on your path
With joy clap in song;
The birds sing of love
On this path you belong.

So take My hand,
Follow Me this way;
I will inspire you, My child,
With the words I say.



Never do you walk alone,
I am here by your side;
I carry all your burdens,
I comfort, I guide.

Than all that I give?

My hand in Yours,
You lead me on my pathway;
My hand in Yours,
You guide me day to day.

How sweet to be with You,
How precious You are near;
In Your presence, Jesus,
Nothing have I to fear.

You give eternal life,
You lavish with joy and love;
Since I met You, Jesus,
Blessings stream from Above.

My hand in Yours,
You smile upon me,
Lo, daughter, I am with you
For all eternity.

I love you so much,
Indeed I died for you;
Let this knowledge, daughter,
Inspire and renew.

My hand in Yours,
You lead me to waters still;
Lord, I adore You always,
I am a vessel for Your will.

Show me the path to go,

Taste and see that the Lord is good,
Come and taste and see;
Taste and see that the Lord is good,
Yea, good for all eternity.

Who else measures out the heavens,
Shapes the clouds of the sky?
Who else names the stars above,
Ignites the sun star on high?



Who else kisses men with graces,
Blesses all with sun and rain?
Who else lavishes with love?
From Him we have every gain.

Who else left a throne of glory
To subject himself to death -
To shed his every blood drop,
To exhale his final breath?



Who else embraced a heavy cross
Out of love for sinners all?
Who else sacrificed his life
To save mankind from the Fall?

Surely God is good,
I call you to taste and to see;
Surely God is good,
Let us give His Name glory.



Jesus, we thirst for You,
We drink Living Water with delight;
How sweet You are to taste,
How spectacular to sight.

We long for You, we crave You,
Your Presence we desire;
Come now, sweet Lord Jesus,
Fill our hearts with Your fire.



Warm us with Your love,
Embrace us with Your light,
Fill us with Your Spirit,
Guide us day and night.

Taste and see that the Lord is good,

Lord, here I am,
Lead me the way to go;

Embrace My sweet love,

My Word Shall Not Return Void

Daughter, look up at Me,
Worry not one moment of the day;
My word shall not return void,
Alive are the words I say.

If I promise that you prosper,
Then prosperity you will see;
If I promise I never forsake,
Lo, I am here eternally.

If I promise to bear your burdens,
Then carry all of them I shall;
If I promise to uphold you,
I shall lift you when you fall.

If I promise good plans for you,
Then good plans are in store;
If I promise to love you always,
Then you, My child, I adore.

If I promise rest to you,
Then sweet rest you will find;
If I promise you renewal,
Transformed will be your mind.

If I promise you will soar high,
As though on eagle wings,
You will fly above the world,
As your joyful heartbeat sings.

If I promise to supply
Richly for all your needs,
I will bless you bountifully,
For I am the One who feeds.

If I promise you victory,
Then victory you will know;
If I promise to guide the way,
I will lead the way you go.

If I promise you salvation,
Then know salvation is yours;

Listen to My words,
Let them embrace your soul;
The truth will set you free,
Yea, it will make you whole.

Why do you look for hope?
Seek Me and My word
For freedom eternal in scope.



Nothing this world can offer
Can make you truly free;
Freedom is found in truth,
Freedom is found in Me.

Do you hear the wind now,
As it rustles through the trees?
So it is with those of Spirit,
Those who follow as I please.



Whither it goes, whence it comes,
Surely one cannot know;
So too with those of Spirit,
For the Way of God they go.

So come, My child, and follow,
Follow Me and the words I say;
I am Your eternal Guide,
I am the Truth, I am the Way.



I will set you free
In ways you knew not before;

Like an eagle you will soar.

Let the truth transform you,
Let it warm your very heart;
