Street Sweeper in Howard

I was surprised with a new noise on my street this morning, so I watched to see what kind of a vehicle was coming.  It was a street sweeper and, boy, was the dust flying.  It made three passes on Jefferson before it disappeared.  When did we get a street sweeper in town?

Uhhhhh.... I sure hope they don't come down Pennsylvania or Michigan for just a bit. Will probably lose some windows if I don't tape them or something.

Wind farm pay for it to clean up after them?

Jefferson isn't being used for the wind farm transport except that I have seen some of the Pilot cars going East on it.  I assume that they are using Kildeer to come back to Howard and have chosen Jefferson to get back to the highway.

The city had a street sweeper, but I don't think anyone used it. Maybe they were just trying to see if they could make it work.
