My understanding is that it is free to everyone. And the Julie and helpers that are doing this is our own pharmacist/grocer and her husband, Patrick, and their employees at Family Market and Batson's. Just another reason that this town should be grateful for Julie and Patrick Perkins.

Halloween is getting easier here. The older kids are putting in their orders for how many popcorn balls they will be by to get. Makes me feel good that when they think they are to old to go trick or treating, they still come for a popcorn ball. I take that a real compliment.

I don't haqve the talent to make that melt in your mouth divinity that Grandma made, but I am still trying!
