Janet Harrington

Lois Maxine Larson was born on November 9, 1913, in Cambridge, KS, and passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2003 in Fresno, CA.  Maxine married the love of her life, Rudy, in 1941.  After 28 years she retired from nursing at St. Agnes Medical Center.  She belonged to VFW Women's Auxillary for many years, where she served as President in 1982.  Maxine loved to bowl, sew, needle point, and was a fabulous artist, and most of all oved her plants and garden.  Maxine also loved to go to lunch with her many friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Judy Meagher; sons, Allen, Leland, and Donald Larson; daughter-in-law, Gloria Larson; sister-in-law, Lennea Piening; brother, Robert Harrington; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and many nieces, and nephews.  Viitation will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on Monday, October 6, 2003, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a Recitation of the Rosary following at 7:00 p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on Tuesday, October 7, 2003, at 11:00 a.m.
