I was diagnosed 13 years ago. At my church, instead of singing Happy Birthday we sing God Grant You Many Years. I'll take as many as He wants to give me!

So young.  Just a child.  Hope you have as many years ahead of you as I have had.  Old isn't the best thing in the world but it beats the alternative.  Happy Birthday and many more of them.
