Rick Perry Wants Changes.......

Looks like Rick Perry wants to abolish the 16th & 17th Amendments.  Can not disagree with that - the sooner the better.
Will Perry remain true on these issues?  The Confederate license tag issue in Texas will be telling whether he'll stand or not.
