Will the quixotic detractors continue tilting at Windmills?
Will Don Quixote find his trusty squire Sancho Panza and defeat the evil forces of the Italian windmill industrial complex?
Will Elk Konnected LLC continue its facilllitated roundtable discussions and save or destroy Elk County?
Will RWD #2 get funds from the windmill  project and finally bring running water to all parts of the County?

We promise these questions and more will be answered in this season's episodes.

This has to be the best season yet. I just can't stop watching.
