Joe L. Radcliff, Sr., age 72, of Moline, Kansas and formerly of Wichita, Kansas, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2011 at his brother's home. Joe was born November 9, 1938 in Oak Grove, Louisiana, the son of A.G. Radcliff and Mary L. (LeBrum) Radcliff.

Joe attended Wichita Public Schools and later became a roofer. He was was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Joe is survived by his children: Wayne Radcliff of Houston, Texas, Donna Radcliff of Montgomery, Texas, Nancy Frank of Montgomery, Texas and A.G. Radcliff of Shepherd, Texas, along with 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by siblings: Jim Radcliff of Moline, Kansas, Eugene Radcliff of Wichita, Kansas, Jesse Radcliff of Wichita, Kansas, Shirley Cole of Diggins, Missouri, Nadine Huff of Little Rock, Arkansas and Gertrude Pike of Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 children and 3 siblings.

Cremation has taken place and private family inurnment will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, 306 W. Main, Independence, Kansas 67301.
