Faye M. (Thompson) Obins, 90, retired owner of Eagle Rock Boat Dock on Table Rock Lake, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2011.

She is survived by her sisters, Irene Keast of Howard, Kansas and Shirley (Dale) Doughty of Mulvane, Kansas; nieces and nephews, Mark (Sandra) Keast, Annette (Richard) Barnaby, Tom (Kelly) Keast, Kirk (Dominique) Doughty, Kristy (Paul) Sutherland, and Kent (Cathey) Doughty; numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; and three great-great nieces.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Nellie Thompson of Howard, Kansas, and her beloved husband, William H. "Bill" Obins.

Services will be held Friday, March 8, 2011 at Fayetteville National Cemetery, Fayetteville, Arkansas at 1:00 p.m.  A memorial has been established with Amedisys Hospice Services, 2733 W. Central Avenue, Suite 4, El Dorado, Kansas 67042.
