Beth Ann (Patteson) McAllister, 59, died Thursday, December 30, 2010 at her home in Newton, Kansas.  She was born on August 28, 1951 in Winfield, Kansas, the daughter of Frank Augustus and Valetta Mae (Lindley) Patteson.

She was raised in the Moline, Kansas area, graduating from Moline High School in 1969.  Beth Ann married John Gardner in Winfield in 1970.  They later divorced.  She married Mike McAllister in Wichita, Kansas on September 22, 1979.  They had lived in Wichita, Kansas and Arizona.  She graduated from the Wichita Cosmetology School in 1981 and worked as a stylist for several years.  She loved her husband, quilting, and her dogs.

She is survived by her brother, Floyd Patteson of Palm Springs, California and her sister and husband, Neta and Reid Durbin of Moline, Kansas.  She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Mike, on January 23, 2010.

Graveside memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at the Moline Cemetery in Moline, Kansas.  There will be no visitation or viewing as cremation has been effected.  Condolences may be left at www.broadwaycolonialfh.com.  Arrangements are by Broadway Colonial Funeral Home, Newton, Kansas.
