From the Kitchen of Lois Morgan

(The following is the way I cook, usually)

1 sm. pkg. of macaroni (either elbow or shell),
small pkg. of frozen green peas, uncooked
diced onion
a couple of diced eggs, cooked
sunflower kernels
diced pickle
diced celery

Cook the macaroni and drain well.  After the macaroni had cooled, toss it together with the other ingredients and use your favorite salad dressing or mayonaise. Chill.....and serve.

Janet Harrington

Okay, Lois, I have to ask this.  Do you cook the macaroni first?

Thanks for pointing that out, Janet.  I went back in  and made some modifications to the recipe.  I take things for granted, too much, that people can read the workings of my "strange mind!" ::) ::)

Wilma

Lois, you didn't have to tell me to cook the macaroni.  Some things you just do.

Teresa

Yeah.. you don't have to tell me either Wilma.. ::)

But your daughter?? ??? Now THAT is another matter all together... :-\

Everything is black or white.  There are no shades of gray.

Wilma

If there is no gray, what color is Bud?

Janet Harrington

Okay, my Mother.  I mean in the laws.

And here I thought it was the uncooked macaroni that made it a "crunchy" pasta salad.....tee hee
