brown water again

why do we have so many times of dirty water ,you cant tell us its hot and the lake turned over ,we have flushed the lines or some other nonsense.Can remember when the water plant was not automated but was hands on by water man ,but Idont remember getting notices about water not meeting state specs ,but go ahead and drink it won't kill you. City office buys bottled water, but its safe for us to drink

well city is flushing the lines today ,now the water looks like it came out a muddy pond ,we use a britea water filter ,need to get some botted water .dont wash any whites are they may turn brown

I don't know about it.  Seems to me someone would call the EPA
in to do a inspection of it

The EPA should not have local authority - anywhere.

Looks like the EPA is another federal agency that ought to be abolished.

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment is in Howard today to monitor the situation.
