Senate approves Obama nominee Kagan to top court

Way to go America!  All Democratic senators but one voted for her, two independent senators voted for her and five Republicans voted for her. All other Republican senators opposed her nomination.  The Repubs?  Snowe, Collins, Graham, Lugar and Gregg.  Votem out ASAP.

Sad, sad situation, Patroit.... no wonder congress sucks.  I blame them, all of the senators, demo and repub, who voted to put a very, very unqualified clown on the SCOTUS.  What is really sad is that WE the VOTER have no control over what congress does.  Sure we can vote them out of office... but think of the damage they can do  in 2 yrs. House and 6 yrs. Senate before we can get them out.  Time to clean house in November.
