Not only did the judge rule right, he ruled with common sense, and saw the obama moratorium as a agenda to force us into a bigger disaster.  Along with obamas destruction of the oil industry in the gulf, his agenda to shove cap and trade down our throats, and force residents in the gulf to live on govt handouts.
