Good Afternoon, All;

I have the honor to report that the Department of the Pacific will shortly announce the acceptance of entries for our first Postal Match.  Rules for the Match and a sample Target will be linked to this thread within the next few days.

I can report that the winner of this and all future Departmental Postal Matches will be presented with a marksmanship badge, the wearing of which has been authorized by Departmental command, and approved by the Commanding General.
