Been trying to contact the Marshal, both by e-mail and by PM here in Cas City, without success.  Is he away, by any chance?

I believe that I heard from someone that Marshal is traveling right now.  I'm sure that he will answer your e-mails and PMs as soon as he gets back and gets caught up. :)
