I got a job fur ya Arcey.  I was at the match in West Point today and I noticed a lot of folks had defective powder.     I think the French maybe trying to sabotage the ability of fine cowboy shooters to make smoke and fire.

I have all the confidence in the world that you can find out what is happening.  I am will to do all I can to keep them from infecting my powder.
