Since business is booming at Litl Rooster's new Chineese Resturant, Sod Buster sends another shipment of veggies.  This time some extra veggies are included:  bamboo shoots, "special" mushrooms, bok choy, mustard greens, winter radish, snow peas, yard-long beans, and varieties of melons, cucumbers and of course......eggplant.

I had tree severe allergic reactions at Chinese buffets last year, 1 involved 2 trips to the ER and one to the doctor.   And it was 2 different places, my doctor don't think is MSG either.

Some people react to Peanut oil or the 5spice, sessemei oil is rarly suspect.  Not all restraunts are clean--this can be a real problem.

I prefer to cook My own, took classes to learn how.

We had Chinezee Cooks on the ranch from the 1850's.
