Ok, I got it better, 3 sets of twins, he had a total of 16 children a 4th set of twins were born 2 years after the picture was taken, and the cow has triplets.

Trinity snaps out of his trance and screams. He was thinking of Sherlene in her bathing suit and that turned into a nightmare about a house full of children. He runs to have a potted meat sandwich for consolation.

As litl trinity begins to lick the can he cuts his tongue on the sharp edge and drops it. As he begins to cry Trinity swooops in and grabs the can to finish it.
