Cutting double lines

I'm looking for some suggestions for cutting in the double or triple lines on my holsters.  At this time I use a compass scribe following the edge to law down my lines and cut them in freehand.
I know Tandy has a double knife blade, but I would like to use a groover. I figure someone out there has made a neat tool to do this.
Thanks

The grover that I have has an adjustable guide that is used set the from the edge to where the grove is cut.  Is this what you are looking for?  I got mine from Tandy about 9 years ago.

Thanks SR.  I have one of those groovers.  It doesn't reach far enough.  My lines are an inch from the edge.

If you're cutting grooves, I have to do it like you said. Knife cuts, on the other hand, I use a swivel knife guide like the one in these pictures. I don't recall where I got mine, but someone surley has them. Probably Tandy.

OK, Here you go, this link has both the double ceramic cutting blade and the border tool side by side:

There are some groovers available that work in a similar fashion to dividers and have about the same span as the dividers. One side is set to work along the edge, while the other has a similar type of cutter (as per the standard stitching groover).  It is one of the high end tools and is not cheap, but sounds like it would suit your purpose.

I have seen ONE here in Australia, but could not tell you who it was imported from. Try someone who handles Japanese or Taiwanese manufacturers.

I will be going to the leather shop tomorrow (I teach there every Saturday morning) and check where they got it from.

Hopefully I will remember and will post back here where it was obtained.

Edit

I just found them.

and they are on the second row.

Thanks Gents,  I appreciate the input.  Maybe I'll have to create my own tool.

I have a lot of those. They usually are as good as anything you can buy and, in many cases, better. Of course, some of my experimental devices get tossed in a corner to be hauled away to the landfill at a future date. :D

Yep.  Me too.  Some work pretty good though.
