NCOWS Posse int the Dallas/Ft. Worth Area?

I know there aren't nay NCOWS Posses in Texas, but I was wondering if anyone out there would be interested in starting one in Dallas, or the North of Dallas area?

He is workin' on gettin' an NCOWS outfit goin'.
I dunno how far he is from DFW.
