I got a sale paper from Dixie Gun Works yesterday and they are listing Uberti Iron-Framed Henry rifles (24 1/4' bbl) for $795.00.  They come in 44-40 cal. only.  Prices are good until April 30.  Just in case anyone's interested.  That's about $220 off any other price I've seen for new ones.

Heck of a price!

My "iron frame" is 45lc from Taylors and I love it! It is not quite as pretty as the brass frames, but since only 200-400 originals wetre made, I have had a lot of  favorable comments at the reenactments I have taken it to. It shot about 150 blanks  at a reenactment, and the following week shot a SASS event without skiiping a beat!
