I don't often take time to thank people for doing what I precieve as their duty....Except when they do it in a manner that is definately above and beyond the call of duty. So, I would like to publicly thank Larry Black and the whole Hartford Armory team for what I would consider exceptional customer service. We all know that Hartford Armory is in Connecticut. So at the time of this thread, the time is almost 9:00 PM EST. I just got off the phone with Larry, the President of Hartford Armory and he was talking me through an issue with my pistol, resolved thanks to Larry. The isssue as simple and it was something that I was basically overlooking.

Now, what other CAS Gunmaker will be on the phone with you at 9:00 PM at night. I tell you what, Hartford Armory truly understands how to create an OUTSTANDING customer experience. Not trying to sound like a commercial, I just thought that excellence should be publicly acknowledged.

Did you call him at that late hour, or did he call you in response to your problem?

Either way, Larry is still a great guy for taking the time to work with you at that time of night.  But then Larry is a great guy anyways.  How many other CAS gunmakers/importers bring guns to matches for people to test shoot (even though it is also a great marketing technique)?
