I hear ya, Cincy. I did shorten the grinding time by roughing mine in with a 20,000 rpm electric die grinder first. You really need to be careful and have a lot of hours experience with one of those or you can trash the thing in no time. As it was, it took me a good 2 hours and a few sanding drums.

I also agree, buy one ready to go unless you're just the type who likes projects.
