Was doin' some research on a Food History Website, found out today is "National Chinese Almond Cookie Day"   ::)

No that is the for-toon-ee cookie with the strip of paper inside, the almond one is the one over by the Jello on the desert bar, the  one with the almond stuck in the middle, if it didn't fall out. ::)
