Looking For Safety/Rule Info

Am working on a clubs webpage, I don't want to reinvent the wheel here. I need a descripition of safety rules and rules for a CAS match. Anyone seen one on a webpage, club webpage, have it on your site? Mind if I borrow it?

We just use the SASS Rules Ruff.

You can copy what you need from the SASS web pages, the rule book is there as well as RO manuals. Copying the whole thing may be a little much but you can weed through the basics and get what you need.
