I know of someone who is looking for a good gun rig in black leather top price around $100-150 any suggestions?

I've seen some rigs for that much at Golden Gate Western Wear, the quality isn't that of the finer makers, but the rigs seemed usable. You can call and get the particulars.

What size and what caliber, i hve a black buscadao rig with a right hand cross draw one holster and belt are lined, it has four silver concho's on it. 38 inches to the middle hole.
