ASM 1851 Navies in .44 & conversion cylinders

 Howdy, I have two ASM 1851 Navies in .44. Is it possible to have them fitted with a conversion cylinder from R&D or Kirst for the 1860 Army? Thought I read somewhere that was possible. Thanks.
