When I am not hanging around here, annoying folks with my dumb qujestions, I am also one of the moderators for a pet web site..."Goodpaws.org" and before Good Paws, there was Great Pets. now sadly defunct. But I was informed today that a very close and dear friend from Great pets passed away after a short but courageous battle with cancer. I am talking about her here because, although she didn't shoot, and didn't care much for firearms, Libby Payne was a perfect example of the "cowboy (cowgirl) way." She was kind-hearted, generous, always quick with a kind word for anyone, and slow to critiize. She believed in everyone until they proved they did not deserve her trust and her word was her bond. Each of us could do far worse than to imitate Libby.
So Paul, (Libby's husband) please know your grief is shared. Your wife was a very special lady and she will be greatly missed.
Godspeed, Libby, and rest gently in peace until we all meet again.
