Well folks,went for my yearly poke & prodding.

Doc say I have some problems.Nothing major but could get worse.

I really got to stay on my diet.

Got to lose 5 lbs(think 50 people lbs!!) in next six monthes.
I also have a Slighly enlarged heart.Losing weight will make sure it not get worse.
Also my trachea is either too small or collapsing,Mean I could try to catch my breath & not catch it. Losing weight also help that,naybe,can't hurt!

So if you gots any extry prayers,thoghts,wishes,candles,I'd appreciate any & all of them. Mama & Daddy would too.

Good news is he said my diet treat is.......CHicken & rice!!!1

Sure thing, Winston. We all need to walk more, even in this bunkhouse. Cuddles has managed to drop a few pounds in the last year, believe it's because she's been rough housing with Squeeker( two year old min-pin chihuahua that belongs to my sis-in-law). We cut out some of the treats,too. Her regular dog food is the lamb and rice from Wally World. She had digestive problems when she was a pup and was on chicken and rice for awhile, she says it's really good. I boiled the chicken first( boneless skinless breasts) and then boiled the rice in the same water. Cut the chicken into small pieces and then mixed it and the rice and put it into ziplocks and froze it. At dinner time I'd put it into the micro wave to warm up for her. She got to the point that every time she heard the micro running, she'd come running!...........Buck

No cheating, Winston.  My kitty- Harley has the best diet around.  She chases the little cat- Lil'Reese around and they just zoom, zoom, zoom knocking over everything, in their path.  I wish they would quit redecorating the house, when I'm gone.  Seriously, get the kids to take you on a nice long walk.  You'll be fit as a fiddle, in no time.

Will keep ya in my prayers!  Just remember that to loose weight and keep it off it takes a combination of exercise and diet.  It's something you have to keep up or the weight will come back.  You have to ENJOY the exercise you pick or you won't keep it up.  I've got some friends at work and we all go walking on our lunchbreaks.  Headphones with good music is great to keep you walking fast too!  I found "other foods" to eat that I like and don't put the weight on.   If I can do it, you can do it!!  My best to you!!

I've been on a diet my whole life and I know how hard it is. So, you've got my prayes.
Right now I'm on a low carb diet and everytime I see a baked potato, slice of bread or cake, I just (try) think to my self how much faster I could get to my long guns if I wasn't carrying an extra 50 pounds. Best of luck to ya!
