I'M NEW HERE

Hello:  I'm kind of new here and to this form of shooting and I'm learning my way around handling old
Western type firearms.  I am finding this very interesting to say ther least.  When I first heard about this I thought you folks were the ones who put on those fake gunfight scenes in those old, tourist trap, Western towns.  I found out differently!  I am beginning to put together my fire arms for this sport.  I have not yet joined SASS, but that's next on my list.   In the meantime I think I'll just kind of watch the happenings here and pick up more information.  I promise I won't be too much of a bother for you.

Another thing you can do while saving up your money to buy more guns is to get out to as many local shoots as you can.

That way you can get a feel for the way things are done and what equipment you might be interested in before you buy.  Don't forget the gun cart!
