I have 2 Ruger New Vaquero's in 45 Colt.  Both guns work well  right out of the box and shoot to point of aim.   When the loading gate is opened, one gun's cylinder sticks and I have to move it back and forth several times before it will turn freely.  I have not accidently switch cylinder because one is too tight to fit in the other one frame.  What could be the cause ??

Is this with or without spent cases in it?  If it's without and you haven't done any work on the gun then I wouldn't even worry about it.  I would just send it back to Ruger and let them fix it.

Check to see if the bolt is dropping all the way when you open the latch. Also make sure the loading gate snaps shut possitively when you close it. Otherwise the spring may be out of position. Good luck
