Has anyone but me noticed the lack of personal avatars on any of the post's profiles??

I did some checking into my profile only to find that personal picture was set to no avatar.  Changed it to upload avatar and now have my cute little mug is back where it belongs.
Let's see all those familiar face's back in front of your posts!!

Did something different today and went and played guitar for our church's service in the retirement home.  (My wife and I help lead music at church once a month.)  Went to see another couple from church afterwards (one of whom doesn't get out much anymore) and played several hymns with them.  They all seemed to enjoy it, and so did I.

Hot water back. Yay. Most time-consuming part of the job was finding my PEX plumbing crimp tool. It gets used about once every 2-3 years.

If you don't have TPMS sensors on your vehicle count yourself fortunate.
Most if not all cars & trucks have these now days.
They are cool when they are working, low tire and it warns you.
BUT, when they fail as in the little battery go south, be prepared for a HOSING !

The cost is PRICY, I have two reading bad, Thats $287.00 at the dealer for just the two.
IF and it will be at some point all 4 you're looking at near 5 Ben Franklin's.
Mavis Tire Corp.. quoted me $583.00 for all four  :o . And Mavis Tire Corp
has merged OR bought out most Tire install places around here.
Only Discount Tire is independent of Mavis and they want north of $300.

AutoZone will sell all 4 for $100, but its $54 per tire to install somewhere else like Pep boys so...north of 3 hundred and they have to be calibrated. (and again, when you rotate tires)

And to add insult to injury, my wife's SUV warning light is also on,
and pressures are fine.

So.... screw it I'll simply bask in the warm glow of the little tire pressure warning icon light....cause to replace the TPMS would be RAPE !

OH, and yes, I did try the reset tutorial  ::)

Morning y'all.
Coffee and tea are hot.

Going to the "toy" store after verk. There is something on lay-a-way for me there.

Rained overnight.
'Tis 35 and overcast. "Blustery. Warmer. Partly sunny. Scattered thunderstorms and light rain in the morning. Highs in the middle 70s. Southeast wind 10 to 15 mph shifting to the south 15 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Gusts up to 35 mph. Chance of rain 40 percent."

I know that light well, Major. The Avalanche has had that on since I bought it.  ::)

Well, a used S&W 329PD came home with me from the "toy" store.

Came home and was going to shoot it with .44 Mag cowboy loads, but couldn't find any. I think Sackett shot them all at the last shoot. So, I found some unknown .44 Mag loads. I first shot some in the Super Blackhawk to make sure they wouldn't blow-up the S&W. Micah and I shot two each in the S&W. It is like someone hit the web of your hand with a stick. I will shoot .44 Special level loads in it.

Slim,I have a S&W 342 that weighs 11 ounces and with +P ammo it really stings.I figured if I ever have to use it the adrenaline will over ride the pain.

Morning y'all.
Coffee and tea are hot.

Gonna made some .44 "Special" loads for it today.

Afternoon all.

Home from Montana, just in time for the Mrs to run over a nail in the mitsubishi ::) . I stuffed it full of bacon strips, but it still leaks, so probably going to need a replacement.

On the subject of TPMS sensors, I've had one out in the dodge for about two years now. I have chosen to ignore it.
