I picked up one of my older Cimarron catalogs and it had a flyer in it, probably from shotshow, that said "Available Mid-Summer 2006" - here are the models listed:

Man With No Name Conversion
1860 Type II Richards Conversion
1858 New Model Army Conversion
1876 Centennial
Texas Brushpopper 1873 (18" half-octagon)
Pedersoli Lightning rifle

Not bad, eh?  Wouldn't surprise me if some of those might have been delayed but still...

Storm #21   NCOWS L-208   SASS 27489

That is a truism, In 2006 I ordered a 1860 Type II Richards Conversion.
What if any happened in 06 were going to multicable guns order clients.
I still had not seen my gun order by Shot 2007 in Orlando.
Cimarron was at the time the exclusive importer.
They had one on display in their booth, but it was not available for sale.
For my several inquiries at the time via calls & Email prior to Shot, got the same reply,
"...maybe just 60 more days
At "Shot 07". I think it was Charlie Hudson (Hanson ?) said the same "...maybe just 60 more days
The guns were few and far between it seemed. I never did get one from Cimarron,
I never canceled the order, but I was never contacted either.
By 2008, I had purchased a Custom Type II Richard (this one) and I also acquired a Howell Type 1 conversion. I sill have both and both were my main match guns till I hung up my holsters.

It was also in 2008, I acquired in a partial trade a 1858 New Model Army Conversion.
I used it in a few shoots, but it has since gone down the road.
when planets align...do the deal !
