Remington produced Marlins

Gentlemen,  How was the quality of the Remington produced Marlins?  Anything to watch out for?  I'm looking for an 1894 .44 Magnum for a pickup gun.

The early ones are reported to have issues. I have five Remington made Marlins. 45 Colt, 2 44 Magnums and  2 45-70. Three are CB models, one 44 and one 45-70 are SBL Models. No problems with any of them.
