Help me find a holster set?

I unfortunately have neither the tools nor the skill to attempt to make a holster or belt, but I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction where I can buy what I need?

I'm looking for a leather ranger style belt with FULL LOOPS for .45 Colt (as an aside why do almost no reproduction belts actually have full loops like most of the originals did?  Instead they just have a dozen or so on the back, it's driving me nuts!)

I need two holsters, both made to fit OVER the loaded cartridge loops, one strong side and the other a canted cross draw made to go just to the left of the belt buckle.  Both should be either double Mexican loop or preferably Cheyanne style.  I would prefer they be leather lined but I am open to unlined.  But both need to hold 8 inch Remington 1858s.

I also need two spare cylinder pouches, which likewise will slide over the loaded cartridge loops.

The idea for the rig is that it is scaleable, I could either carry it with both holsters and one spare cylinder pouch, or one holster and both spare cylinder pouches.  Also, it is meant to either carry the revolvers as cap and ball, or with cartridge conversion cylinders.

I also need vegetable tanning.  And preferable everything cut from the same piece of leather so that they match. Again I'm open on that part, I just want them all to be the shade and color, and non corrosively tanned.

Tooling is great but I am fine with just plane leather.

In any case I need something that is HISTORICALLY CORRECT for 1884 or 1885.

I'm also on a tight budget, after also getting a historically correct hat, boots, and outfit, plus conversion cylinders, I'm already looking at damn near the cost of a precision rifle so I'm hoping to keep this to just a few hundred bucks if I can.

I know that was a text wall, but can anyone point me to a holster maker that can do that?

Yes I know that would all be overkill for SASS but I'm looking more towards NCOWS, also for my personal satisfaction, it's just the way my mind works, if I'm going to take the time and spend the money to "dress like a cowboy" I'm damn sure going to do it correctly.  I'm even thinking of possibly spraying myself down with diatomaceous earth to simulate trail dust, the result should be a near movie grade impression, except historically accurate.  So no weird functionless straps and snaps or buscadero holsters for me.
