I have an ASM SAA that has end shake .
The problem is I think the cylinder bushing is pressed in and I can't get it out.
It is like brand new so I do not think it is just froze up.
I have an older ASM a and the cylinder bushing is removable,
It also has a washer in the bushing to eliminate end shake .
So the question is ,,do I try to get the cylinder bushing out?
Or is there another way to put a washer/spacer on ?

Willy, I'll bet it is removeable. It's really hard on a lot of new guns.  Can you see if it is a separate piece by looking at the rear of the cylinder?  If it is, it may take some effort but should come out.  See: https://www.cascity.com/forumhall/index.php?topic=69015.0

Now that you have it out, be sure to clean and polish both the bore in the cylinder and the cylinder pin.  DO NOT reinstall the pin DRY!!

You can find end shake bushings for single action in Brownells Catalogue.

Thanks for the info guys.

Now, all you have to do is remember those shims are there when you take the pistol down.

Those things are so small, I think, but cannot prove, that one could tape a few inside a grip panel?
