Peevine’s passing post

Hey, can anyone shed any light on what happened to the recent post about long-time NCOWS member Peevine's passing?

I know there was some kind of computer glitch, but most things seem to have returned, but I can't find that one.

Peevine was well known throughout the outfit and it's a shame to have lost this tribute to him.

If someone can advise what happened , where it went and if it can be retrieved, I would certainly appreciate it.

No way to retrieve it unfortunately. We lost a few posts permanently when we had to reinstall the forum from a backup 3 days prior.

Peevine was splendid fellow, and I was sadden when I saw the now missing post. 
I note in Book's photo above is another grand fellow, now across the river, resting among the trees.

Sorry, but I don't think I saved it anywhere, sadly. I'll certainly take a look though. He was a fine man and a good pard. We'll all miss him.

Yep, that's Charlie (Fall Creek Sam) on the left. They were a legendary pair within NCOWS. Now both sadly gone.

You might put out the word that attachments don't seem to work, at least not on my laptop.  There's a link to a picture, but nothing ever shows up.
